Justin Bieber has been cast in a new advert for a US awards show.
The pint-size pop star is chased down a street by over-excited girls in the promo for the MTV Video Music Awards.
Bieber, 16, is nominated in the Best New Artist category for his Baby video - his first ever shot at a Moonman trophy.
He faces stiff competition from Ke$ha, Broken Bells, Jason Derulo and Nicki Minaj.
Bieber's VMAs advert charts the teenager's rise to fame from an internet sensation to a fully-fledged pop star.
Shot in black and white, the promo sees Bieber leaping into a car to get away from his fanatical followers. It also flashes up fake newspaper front pages tracing his road to stardom.
The 2010 VMAs will air live from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on September 12.
Lady Gaga has earned a record-breaking 13 nominations, while Eminem is the most nominated male artist with eight.
The awards show will feature performances from Kanye West and Florence and the Machine.
